纵观中国家族企业发展史,政府联系一直影响着家族企业兴衰存亡。本文立足于家族企业传承的大背景,基于社会情感财富理论,运用实证方法研究政治联系和传承绩效的关系。研究表明创始人在位时家族企业拥有的政治联系会在企业传承时引起企业绩效下降;家族企业领导权交接时两代企业家政治联系的差异引起企业政治关联减弱企业绩效下降;当继任者和离任者同时拥有政治联系时,可以缓解离任企业家退出企业对企业绩效的反向影响。
Abstract：Throughout the history of Chinese family business, government plays an important role in determining the vicissitude of family enterprises. Through the empirical research, this paper analyzed the correlation between political connections of family enterprises and transmission performance based on the background of family business. Studies have shown that the founder of family businesses who has political connections will turn to make business performance decline in succession. The difference of two generations' political connections makes the political connections of family enterprises slow,which in turns decline enterprise's performance. While both outgoing entrepreneurs and succession entrepreneurs have political connections, it can relieve the reverse influence of enterprise performance when the outgoing entrepreneurs quit the firm.
