托育服务需求管理是对托育服务需求进行信息识别、沟通、收集、评估、整合与转化的过程。由于各种原因，托育服务需求管理未得到应有的重视，导致托育服务需求识别、需求评估和需求转化的形式化运作，托育服务需求很难真实反映公众的托育服务需求。为提高托育服务需求管理效能，要做好以下几个方面的工作：第一，提升托育服务需求识别的精准性；第二，保障托育服务需求沟通的通畅性；第三，加大托育服务需求收集的规范性；第四，促进托育服务需求评估科学性；第五，提高托育服务需求整合的实践性；第六，增强托育服务需求转化灵活性。

The demand management of childcare service is a process of information identification, communication, collection, evaluation, integration and transformation of childcare service demand. Due to various reasons, the demand management of childcare services has not received due attention. As a result, the formal operation of demand identification, demand evaluation and demand transformation of childcare service is difficult to truly reflect the public's demand for childcare service.
