沃尔玛工会事件令全球瞩目。有人认为这对沃尔玛的新自由主义管理形成了挑战。但沃尔玛工会成立之后,大多数与中国其它企业工会一样主要承担企业福利和文化联谊的功能;只有沃尔玛的N分店工会主要为维护员工权益而抗争。我们的研究发现,沃尔玛组建工会并没有挑战它的新自由主义管理模式;沃尔玛草根建立的工会最终被改造,"社会社团主义"并没有发展。沃尔玛的新自由主义管理与国家社团主义在工会问题上达成了契合。
Abstract:The case of Wal-Mart trade union has caught the attention of the world. Some people considered it brought challenges to the neo-liberalism governance of Wal-Mart. The most Wal-Mart trade unions functioned as a welfare and culture association organization, but only the trade union in N branch office struggled for workers' rights. The empirical results reveal Wal-Mart's neo-liberalism governance still dominates the corporate, the grass-root trade unions are rebuilt, and "social corporatism" has not developed. Wal-Mart's neo-liberalism governance tallies with the national corporatism on the issue of trade union.
