以19世纪末至20世纪早期的审美现代性进程为背景，西方空间观念的一系列重要变化，可以通过由齐美尔到克拉考尔所开创的社会空间地形学得到深刻的揭示。作为文化研究的一种早期范式，这一研究路径不仅与时间向度的空间话语生成、现代主体身份的空间症候等社会转型议题息息相关，而且有助于我们从美学角度更全面地阐释这一时期现代性进程的丰富意涵。其空间思想史层面的理论与实践意义，也可以由此得到必要的呈现。
Abstract：Against the background of the modernity process from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, a series of important changes in Western spatial thought can be profoundly revealed through the topography of social space pioneered by Simmel to Kracauer. As an early paradigm of cultural studies, this research path is closely related to social transformation issues such as the construction of spatial discourse in the temporal dimension and the spatial symptoms of modern subject identity, which helps us to interpret the rich meaning of the modernity process in this period in a more comprehensive way. Its theoretical and practical significance in the historical dimension of spatial thought can also be presented as necessary.
