加强和改进新形势下党的建设,根本的是依照工人阶级先锋队的面貌建设党。为此必须做到五个始终不渝:始终不渝地按党章的总要求约束全党,始终不渝地把先进性建设放在第一位,始终不渝地坚持着重从思想上建设党,始终不渝地对党员进行理想信念教育,始终不渝地把握党员质量与数量关系,使我们党成为愈加马克思主义化的党。

The key to reinforce and reform the construction of the party lies in keeping the advancement of a pioneering party.To achieve this aim and to build our party into a more Marxized party,the following must be fulfilled:to discipline all the party members according to the charter of the party,to prioritize the construction of advancement of the party,to emphasize the construction of the party in thoughts,to educate the party members of ideal and beliefs and to balance the quality of the members with the quantity of members.
