本文提出城市文化资本概念,用以指称城市生活知识和技能。本文通过调查数据验证了城市文化资本对于新生代农民工心理融合具有显著积极的影响。同时发现收入、社区关系融合、工作类型、住房类型、年龄和婚姻状况也对心理融合有显著影响。就城市文化资本的积累途径而言,教育年数、城市生活经历、各类培训、读书看报对城市文化资本的积累有显著影响。基于研究发现,本文提出首先通过培训和大众传媒提高新生代农民工的城市文化资本,采取其它配套综合措施,促进新生代农民工社会融合的政策建议。
Abstract：This paper provided the concept of city culture capital to refer to the knowledge and skills of city life.This study verified the positive effects of city culture capital on the psychological fusion of new generation migrant workers.The results show that income,community relation integration,the types of occupation,the types of housing,age and marriage also affect the psychological fusion.In terms of the accumulation approaches of city culture capital,the time of education,the experience of city life,training as well as reading of newspaper and magazines have significant effects on city culture capital.Based on the researches,the paper suggested that it should enhance the city culture capital of new generation migrant workers by training and mass media,and improve the social integration of new generation migrant workers by adopting other comprehensive supporting measures.
