职业决策困难是研究大学生就业相关问题的一个重要课题。本文综合前人研究成果,探讨了性别、生源地、专业、实习情况、心理资本等因素和职业决策困难之间的关系,基于结构方程模型技术建立了职业决策困难模型。模型结果显示,心理资本对职业决策困难有正向的直接影响;大学生实习状况对职业决策困难有正向的直接影响,且可通过大学生的心理资本状况对职业决策困难产生正向的间接影响。对模型的进一步分析表明,乐观的处事精神以及丰富的实习经历,可以帮助大学生缓解职业决策困难,增加成功就业几率,优化就业质量。

The career decision-making difficulty is an important subject for studying the issues related with college graduates' employment.Based on the previous studies,the paper made a comprehensive analysis about the relationships between career decision-making difficulty and career-specific factors such as gender,origin of students,major,experience of internship,and psychological capital,and constructed a model of career decision-making difficulty based on the structural equation model.The model results show that psychological capital has a positive direct effect on career decision-making difficulty,the experience of internship also has a positive direct effect on career decisionmaking difficulty and it has a positive indirect effect on career decision-making difficulty through psychological capital.The further analysis shows that optimistic spirit and abundant internship experience can help college students to relieve career decision- making difficulty,increase the success chances of employment,and optimize the quality of employment.
