在新经济地理学研究框架下,本文从区域异质性视点切入,构建并拓展了一个两区域劳动力知识创造模型,以探讨区域产业特征与开放程度的差异对区域创新产出的影响机制。进一步地,本文使用中国区域面板数据验证了理论模型的相关结论。实证研究结果表明:首先,总体样本估计结果表明专业化产业特征对于区域创新水平的影响显著为负,而多样化产业特征对于区域创新水平的影响显著为正;其次,区域异质性视野下的分样本估计结果表明区域开放程度的高低是影响其选择产业创新发展路径的重要因素。最后,本文归纳了NEG之产业集聚理论的三个异质性研究视点。
Abstract：This paper introduced an NEG model of two regions knowledge creation in order to discuss the influence mechanism of regional Heterogeneity to the regional innovation. Furthermore, this paper aims to verify the theoretical results by using the Chinese regional panel data empirically. The empirical results are as follows. Firstly regional industrial specialization has a negative effect on the regional innovation; however regional industrial diversification has a positive effect on the regional innovation. Secondly, considering the heterogonous of regional opening-up levels in China, it's obviously an important factor which can affect the regional innovation by choosing different industry development paths. Finally, this paper summarizes three heterogeneous perspectives on the NEG research as follows, firm heterogeneity, industrial heterogeneity and regional heterogeneity which is a new perspective as well.
