在政治文化积淀和作用下,中国社会形成了浓厚的政治信任"情结",构筑高信任度也成为共产党革命、改革和建设的重要政治经验。但是,在社会转型推动下,政治信任的条件、因素、空间和基础等已经并将持续发生深刻变革,高度政治信任形成的社会生态已不复存在。这主要表现为:现代化的社会动员效应造成了政治信任供需结构的失衡;后物质主义价值观发轫及与物质主义价值观的共存和矛盾提出了越来越高且日益多样化的政治信任要求;网络政治所形成的政治信任诉求具有丛林化、非理性的倾向;全球化深度扩张为政治信任建设构成了冲击。从社会生态视角看,变动社会中政治信任建设的目标只能是有限的,不可能重建高度政治信任。
Abstract：Because of the influence of political culture,China's society formed a kind of strong political trust "complex",constructing high political trust became the important political experience of CCP's revolution,reform and construction.However,as a result of social transformation,the conditions,factors,space and foundation of political trust has had profound changes,and the social ecology formed by high political trust disappeared.These mainly manifested in the following aspects.The social mobilization effects of modernization caused the supply and demand structure imbalance of political trust.The rise of post-materialism value as well as the coexistence and conflicts between materialism and post-materialism value put forward higher and increasingly diverse political trust requirements.The political trust appeals formed by network political had jungle and irrational tendency.And the deep expansion of globalization challenged political trust construction.In social ecological perspective,the political trust construction goal in the changing society should be limited and impossible to reconstruct high political trust.
