本文通过对浙江省大学生创新创业的现状调查,分析国内外大学生创新创业支持系统"整合六方力量完善三方发展环境"的有效经验,明确大学生创新创业支持体系的重点,提出了应建立激励大学生创新创业的四大机制,改善发展环境,完善配套设施和激励机制等支持大学生创新创业的政策建议。
Abstract：According to the investigation and research of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship situation in Zhejiang, the paper analyzed the effective experience of the support system for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship which integrated six-side strength and consummated tripartite developmental environment, cleared the emphasis of the support system, and put forward some policy suggestions to support college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, including establishing four mechanisms to encourage college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the development environment and perfecting supporting facilities as well as incentive mechanisms, etc.
